Like all mylar tents and blankets it is rather fragile. It can and will tear easily. It's wide and long enough for two with one end closed off. Depending on actual weather conditions it may not keep you warm, but it will keep you dray and can help keep you alive!!! I would recommend adding 4 pieces of duct or gorilla tape that are 6" x1" and 4 small tent stakes.
