Royal blue crochet tutu top is lined in 100% royal blue stretch cotton. The metallic green and blue sharks are made from special vinyls pressed onto the quality soft tulle in separate layers for 3D effect. A larger silver glitter shark has been glued onto the crochet tutu top. Tulle is hand tied onto a crochet top which stretches to provide a comfortable fit. Removable ribbon straps tied into bows at the back. This is a gorgeous dress and very full and fluffy.
