I also have increased energy since I was pretty lethargic previously. As others have noted your urine will change to highlighter Yellow. I do feel these pills are quite large and they do have that vitamin after taste but I now take all my supplements with my bullet coffee in the morning and I dont notice at all. I have been doing keto for 2.5 years and just started on a carnivore diet. I got a hold of these vitamins and started to take them while on carnivore. With the carnivore it is a lot easier finding out what foods are giving you problems. (IBS, inflammation) You just to eliminate things. When taking these vitamins on the carnivore diet, I felt great other I kept having inflammation in my foot. I started eliminating things and I eliminated the vitamins first as it was the newest thing I added to my diet. The inflammation didn't subside after not taking the vitamins. After finding what was causing my inflammation, I forgot to add the vitamins back into my regimen. I started to have constipation, skin crawling, tiredness, muscle twitching, and cramps in my abdomen. After looking up symptoms of low magnesium and potassium I turned back to multi vitamin and read the ingredients and a nice dosage of magnesium and potassium. I took it and 10 minutes later I started to feel better. I'm a believer now.
