I bought this thinking it was new and while the action figures were in perfect condition, the packaging was not. The cardboard backing was in pretty good condition but the clear plastic was yellowed as if it had aged in the sun. Recommend the action figure but only if you can get a guarantee that it's new if you're looking to collect it.
