I drink it at least every other day. This is a miracle product for me and don't want to have to live without it. I have Lupus therefore my immune system does not work as it should. In addition, all my life I have had terrible constipation. Since adding this shake to my routine, I have been regular and for a year, haven't had so much as a cold, let alone the flu, and no bloating. I'm not sure if I can 100% credit Skinny Gut with the fact that I have been able to be free of the medication I took for Lupus for over a year now, but I strongly believe that the immunity support has aided in that tremendously.Fortunately, I do not get the terrible gas pains from this shake that some experience. In fact, I notice that if I have gone off the shake for a few days (like while on vacation where I don't lug my mixer around) and I get gas pains from food, this shake helps move things along.I mix with unsweetened almond milk and use a little bullet mixer and it's perfect consistency every time. No lumps, no nasty flavor like other protein shakes. It's the only protein shake I will ever drink.Lastly, I am 9 months pregnant and both my OB and High Risk Doctors have ok'd the use of the shake. I have experienced pregnancy induced constipation, but added prunes to my daily routine, so the two together are exactly what I need to remain comfortable. I used to mix it with unsweetened almond milk, but I realized I can save myself those few calories and just mix the shake with water because they both taste like varying degrees of lightly vanilla-flavored crap.But I don't care at all how it tastes, because it makes me FEEL so good. Not even thirty minutes after finishing the shake (I chug half, take a break cos gross, then chug the other half maybe fifteen minutes later), my body just perks up. I feel satiated, but not full. And it curbs hunger, which is an added bonus for someone on a highly restricted caloric diet (so hungry, send help). Oh, and it has helped my gut so much already. Much less cramping and pain associated with my IBS.I bought this pack to try for the first time and just purchased the larger cannister in chocolate flavor with the (likely misguided) hope that it tastes a little better. But, honestly, it can taste worse and I'm going to finish it because of how good it makes me feel. Especially the comments on taste. Does this taste good? It's OK. Is it a Dairy Queen Shake? No. But it is very healthy. I guess it's like anything else. Some will like it and others won't. I've also seen a lot of reviews criticizing the packaging. Some are disappointed that the container is not full. If the manufacturer wants to waste money on larger than necessary containers it really doesn't matter to me. But I can tell you this. Every protein drink mix I have ever bought has been packaged the same way. Now to results. I'm on a quest to lose weight. I started out quite well. Dropping from 287 to 256. Then everything just stopped. 2 months and I didn't lose a single pound! Then I got this product. And guess what, I'm losing weight again. From 256 to 251 in about 12 days. Even if it tasted bad (which it doesn't) I would hold my nose and gulp it down anyway! I have no idea why this product works. I only know it does. I substitute one or two meals a day with it depending on the day. Drastically reducing carbs while increasing protein and it works. It is quite filling. I mix it in a blender with almond milk. Sometimes I add half a banana. Not often though because of the carbs. If I'm really hungry and want to feel even fuller I will mix some Fiber in with it. I went from being pre diabetic to completely normal and you can too. If you struggle with hunger at bed time like I do this works well. Instead of munching carbs late at night I will just have a shake. Protein baby! And I go to sleep without all those nasty carbs turning to fat while I sleep and not suffering from hunger. Also works well in aiding recovery after a workout and building muscle. I have no trouble recommending this product.
