We drink two cups of this tea each night and love it because it actually represses cravings! You don't need much to make it tasty and can even brew the same tea leaves twice. The taste reminds me of mate tea, just milder. If you brew it too long it will develop a slightly bitterish taste (which my husband loves). And, it's organic too.
