With that in mind, I think the blue band gives me a good amount of resistance with room on both sides - to make things harder or easier by controlling the slack. If you are about the same strength level but much taller, you might consider a lighter band and use the same logic for other scenarios. As for these specific bands, they are good to look at and seem to be built well and with high quality materials. The only con is that the first few times they WILL make your hands smell like rubber...faintly. Nothing that a quick wash won't remove.

A: 50 inches from handle to handle - while limp and unstretched

A: A quarter inch.

A: I'm 6'5" and no problem. A door anchor is really important just make sure you have a heavy, sturdy door. It came then be adjusted for height or used from the bottom of frame you can modify for anchor point convenience with overhead tricep extensions, etc. For additional flexibility

**Q: mine shipped with no instruction sheet, should there be one as shown in pictures**
A: It's been quite a while since we bought the tubes, but I don't remember instructions.  The easiest thing to do is do an internet search regarding how to use them.  We like them much better than the standard ones.

The SPRI Braided Xertube Resistance Bands are amazing! The braided design makes them super durable and sturdy compared to regular resistance bands. I love that they provide a great full-body workout — perfect for strength training, stretching, or even warmups. The handles are comfortable and easy to grip, and the resistance level feels consistent throughout each exercise. What I love most is that you don’t need a reformer for Pilates — I only do mat Pilates, and this band works perfectly! It adds great resistance and helps tone muscles just like a reformer would. These bands are also lightweight and portable, so I can use them at home or take them to the gym. Excellent quality and performance — definitely worth it for anyone serious about fitness!

These are fantastic for doing a pretty good and well rounded workout routine at home! Something to keep in mind also is that resistance bands differ from weights in a fundamental way since your muscles hold more tension at maximum extension; I feel that this gives me smoother movement and better form. I like these bands. They are very well made and have even resistance. Since there are 4 bands braided into one, I feel confident they will never snap on me. I've owned 2 others in the past and they never broke. After a couple of years the bands got a little dried out and crackly, but still maintained their integrity. I replaced them anyway with the same model.
