Marshall has no warranty and if so it doesn't make it clear in the manual. While I do not like the fact that there is no volume control for the headphones, the sound quality goes a long, long way to make up for that, in my opinion. Very good quality and sound and as I mentioned, I'm a commuter, so I really enjoy the music over the noise of the world which is blocked out almost completely.
