Review: Great combination lockbox - Great combination lockbox, this one works well for senior apartment we were able to attach it to the door knocker as the door handle was not round. Local EMS recommend getting a lock box for emergencies, this one is the smallest that I was able to find while looking for a slim compact lockbox. I have had one outside in another location that has held up well the combination is easy to set. It has enough space to hold a few keys, I attempted to place a key card in about the size of a credit card, this did not work, and was not the reason for purchasing this lockbox. For the price and quality I don’t think you fill find something this compact and well made.

**Q: I purchased this in May and lost the instructions. How do I reset my code?**
A: Step#1:Turn dials and align numbers to 0000 with the guide line.  Step#2:Pull up shackle and turn 90 degrees facing front of lock to align projection on shackle to the notch on the lock body.  Step#3:Press the shackle down and turn 90 degrees facing number guide line so it's in a fixed position.  Step #4: Now turn dials to reset combination.  Step #5: Return shackle back to original position.   Your personal combination is now ready to use.

**Q: Can the lock get wet ?**
A: I keep my lock under an awning and after 1 storm, the dials seemed to erode/get crusty. This definitely made it harder to open.

**Q: How often can you reset the code? I want to use it for short term renters and reset it each time.**
A: You can keep resetting but you have to of course remember the code each time. There is no limit. Thank you!

**Q: do all lockbox shackles fit door handle 'neck'**
A: Yes, it should as long as there is enough space between the door and the door knob. The lock part is large enough to fit around my metal railing, but the code part might be difficult to reach if the knob space is tight.
