The product is great!! The packaging was not good. It was in a bubble mailer instead of a box and when I received it the mailer was torn open and the shampoo had leaked a little. If not for the packaging it would have been 5 star.

My package arrived damaged, it seems that the conditioner has been used, the bottle of shampoo wasn’t full, leaking in the bag, that’s why I gave it 3 stars..I didn’t try it, today it was delivered

Pump for conditioner is broken

Arrived leaking and had a very strong perfume smell. I have purchased this at TJ Maxx before and it didn’t smell or look anything like the shampoo that came.

Finally fuller and shiny hair without weighing it down!! Once a week I use conditioner all over and daily washing use conditioner just on ends. I have straight dry gray hair.
