The FlicFloc, while manually operated, is designed to turn easily using two tapered stainless steel rollers that rotate in high-quality ball bearings. This flaker can produce about a cup of flakes per minute. A removable stainless steel hopper makes cleaning quick and easy.  How does it work and what can it flake?  Attach the FlicFloc to a flat surface using the table clamp Fill the hopper, turn the crank and watch the production of flakes Use only well cleaned natural grains Grains you can flake include oat, rye, wheat, buckwheat, millet, barley, spelt, unripe spelt, rice, sesame, flaxseed and poppy seed Spices such as caraway and fennel can be rolled If you want to roll oats, use hulled oats (peeled oats) Rye, wheat, barley type grains should be soaked in water for 4 hours after flaking How does it work and what can it flake?
