The mixing ratio is 1 1/2 tablespoons of Flo-Coast to 1 teaspoon of Soft Gel Paste, or 5 drops Flo-Coat to 1 drop Soft Gel Paste. They are thick for coloring icing and fondant. **Q: Is this for food (cake batter) ONLY or can you pour this in icing as well?
