Sleep on nightly and put air in maybe once a month just to refresh **Q: Does it come with the stanard slow leak? Ir does it actually hold air?** A: It does have slow leak but only when used. It does hold air for awhile till it’s used then it’s a 3 second fill to desire. **Q: Does the electricity work with 220v?** A: We used 110 volt and that worked perfectly. It’s tall and comfortable, fits normal queen sized sheets, and is easy to use. Did not have the loud whistling noise some other reviewers mentioned, so I’m thinking theirs just had shoddy pumps. Ours was no louder than a normal vacuum and was quick to inflate anyway. The natural expanding of the PVC material does mean it has some minimal deflation the first time using. We aired ours up in the morning, and had it expand all day before our guests arrived that night. We had to top it off maybe twice during the day, but our guests did not complain of deflation through out the night. The second night, we did top it off again. Instructions do say this is normal, and not caused by a leak, but just due to the material expanding. It wasn’t a problem for us. This air mattress was the best we’ve ever had, and could not believe we got it for such a good price! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quick, Easy & Comfortable *by G***M on January 7, 2020* I like the fact that it's easy to inflate and use. It comes out the box pretty ready to use in less than 15 minutes it's up and ready to go. I had to use it in a pinch my new mattresses weren't delivered on time and the couch wasn't comfortable at all. Then I remembered OH, I got the air mattress and got it out and setup in less than 15 minutes. After sleeping on it for one night I can say it's firm and comfortable, it didn't move when I moved. The height of it is great it didn't feel like I was sleeping on the floor but in an actual bed. There were no problems getting in or out of it. We set it up in our family room for company that was staying for 4 days, and it quickly became the place that everyone wanted to hang out. It inflated and deflated quickly and easily. I added a down comforter under the fitted sheet and everyone who laid on it thought it was super comfortable including me. The Extra Height makes it so easy to get in and out of and it barely lost any air after 5 days of being laid and slept on.
