I can't even feel that I am wearing them except for the overall excellent level of comfort in my shoes. They address the exact part of my foot where I have pain, just below the base of the toes. I have not had the opportunity to wear them yet on a very long walk, like 4+ miles, but I think they will greatly improve my comfort.
