You soak them in hot water or broth from microwave or kettle for about 10 minutes I prefer to let them soak about 30 minutes to get extra tender. Then drain them and you are ready to add them to any dish you desire as a vegan meat replacement. They are amazing as chicken nuggets you can totally batter and fry them once they are nice and moist. They go great in soups,curries, or as a side with a veggie. You must use some other sauce with them or fry them after you rehydrate them. Its an absolute necessity bit here are a few ideas, teriyaki, bbq, buffalo, Indian masala or butter chicken, jerk chicken etc. The options are endless with these if you like savory saucy dishes. The protein content is amazing as well. Bottom line these are amazing and if you use them properly you will love them in many dishes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Meat Alternative *by W***A on January 23, 2022* I had my reservations, but they are quite good! Rehydrated with some hot water (~ 5 minutes), then simmered them in pasta sauce to soak up the flavor. (I left them simmering for almost an hour.). Finally, put them in the air fryer at 380f for 12 minutes.
