The ankle / wrist weights are made of soft fabric and secured using 1 - 2 Velcro straps(depending on weight), quick touch closure. Total weight is split between both weights. e.g. 1 KG = 2 x 0.5KG

Much better than the huge sand filled ankle weights. I have quite large wrists and hands (thumb) so found them a bit snug - saying that they still work okay. They really hardly move at all.

Overall quite good quality, the weight itself is intact after 8+ months and 3x weekly use. Velcro is starting to come through the piping and scratch skin, but still serves its purpose.

The weights are very good on your wrist, however they are a bit small, this is where the product lacks as they are quite small for your ankles- therefore probably wouldn't fit most ankles.However great for your wrists!!
