I asked her how she like it and she said that she did not see a difference.I used to eat sweet potatoes 4 or 5 times a week, I think that was probably how I developed the intolerance. The doctor said to wait for a year before I try them again. Sorry I could not be more helpful. I use to be allergic to nuts and chocolate, it took me 10 years before I could eat them again and to this day I still cannot eat chocolate, it gives me heart palpitations.
