I bought this bag for a work conference in New York City. I wanted a bag that could carry myChromebook, a few other items, and be safe to carry on the subway. This bag was amazing!! I carried it on the subway, through museums, restaurants, and while walking over 30 miles around the city. Don’t let its size fool you. One day I had my Chromebook, 1” binder, journal, spiral book, small books (4), and wallet. In the side pouches I had a water bottle and an umbrella for easy access during impromptu bursts of rain.The material made this bag waterproof and was perfect for our rainy week in the city. My only complaint, the straps are not the most comfortable after multiple (4+) hours of wearing.

I purchased this backpack on a whim, and didn't really look at the specs or anything before I purchased it. I have been wanting to get on the backpack-as-a-purse-train for awhile, but didn't want to spend a lot. I am also super weary about people being able to unzip the pack and steal in busy areas.Well, this backpack blew me away! It looks very high end, the brown colouring of the bag is absolutely gorgeous. It has two side pockets, which are great to hold my sunglasses and phone. Then the big pocket on the back of the bag opens up, so it's hard for someone to try to open it when it's on your back! It's like it's hidden. I was able to store a ton of stuff in there, and It will fit the regular size iPad as well. I don't think it will fit my paper planner, but im not overly worried about that. There are little open pockets and a zipper pocket on the inside of the main pocket, which is super convenient.I am very very impressed with this bag, and I am so excited to utilize it. I have only had it for one day and already had multiple compliments when I used it downtown while shopping!

I recently got this backpack/purse, my first impressions: in love with the color, it smells really good, the hidden pockets on the sides are very convenient, easy access to my smartphone and wallet. My 13.3" ASUS laptop fits perfectly. The design is very fashionable, I can use it for work, for college or any occasion bringing my laptop anytime. Usually the laptops bags aren't as fashionable as this type of purse... And sometimes you don't want strangers to know you have a laptop inside.I totally recommend this backpack/purse, you can use it 3 ways (backpack, purse, handbag)

I bought this to use as my work bag. On weekends I have to bring a laptop home and I take essentials with me every day. This bag fits it all. I carry my medium lunch bag, my 5x8 binder, my large pencil pouch and a book in the main pocket daily. The inside zipper holds my womans kit (you know what I'm talking about girls). The one side zipper pocket holds my power cord to the laptop and the other side zipper pocket holds pain meds, small lotion and some other odd and ends.The only reason for the 3 stars is due to the fact that it was pictured (and my smaller version came with) a little keychain decorative ball and this one was missing it. A message to the sender garnished no reply, so if I want a cute fuzzy ball I have to go buy one for myself. Otherwise I love this bag.

I bought this bag for a trip to Ireland and Scotland where I knew I was going to get rained on a lot, where I was going to do some hiking but also wander around cities. I needed a back that wouldn’t be easily pick-pocketed in a city, look chic, but still carry what I needed. This bag fit the bill perfectly!I got drenched a few times and the zipper lets in some water, so it’s not entirely waterproof—but it is pretty close! I love that I could wear it on my back or my shoulder (for museums that say “no backpacks allowed,” it can suddenly be a purse). I hiked up and down a mountain and cliffs with it, and while the straps cut into my shoulders a bit more than a hiking backpack would have, it was still very comfortable overall.For the airplane ride, I could pack my large headphones, a cosmetics bag, my Kindle, my iPad, my charging cables, my wallet, a sweater, and my water bottle without a problem. The side pocket only fits a water bottle the size of a S’well, so keep that in mind.After a lot of rough use over the last few weeks, I’m noticing a bit of wear and tear on the stitching and where the side pockets are connected. For such an inexpensive bag, that ain’t bad!

Recently spent a month traveling in Europe and this bag was the handy little Tardis I needed. So convenient, easy to organize, always able to hold one more thing and yet stylish as well. Great quality leather, all day wearable straps and easy swap from back pack to shoulder bag. We walked about 25,000 steps a day and most days I brought it with me. The inside zippers are safe from pickpockets and the front ones are hidden so well my own husband couldn't find them when I asked him to grab something from my bag for me. Interior pocket is perfect size and placement for a passport and wallet and room key. Or your phone if you like to put that away in a purse. Definitely recommend. Will purchase again when it gets worn out. Probably after a few more Europe trips.

just "okay"... color was nice and the side pockets were large enough for a water bottle. i liked that the front zippers were hidden as well as the back (though they might poke out if they were filled), but that is about it.finish on the material made it feel and look cheap. the purse strap was not adjustable - the backpack straps were adjustable. the straps were made of woven(??) material, and didn't match the backpack material like another backpack i ordered.still, the anti-theft setup is great. the main compartment was well organized with additional pockets/pouches.returned. sorry! wanted to love it!
