Manufacturing Process The Rafuf Floating Wall Shelf is made in E2 grade engineered wood (MDF) Particleboards or chipboards are panel products that are engineered from wood. Specific sized wood-chips are used in making the board, bound by synthetic resin pressed under heat and pressure. The boards produced are denser and more uniform in their constitution as compared to plywood or general wood. This engineered wood is sourced from reputed manufacturers like Associate. The panels are then cut to size using German cutting machines. These cut pieces are finished on the edges with edge banding or paint to give the product a fine and smooth finish. All the panels are fixed with mini fixes and dowels. All panels are pre drilled at the factory for easy and precise fixing.
