I was very upset. They were however still fresh but broken into so many little pieces. Like how it is when you get to the bottom of the bag and you just have broken pieces. That's how the whole bag was. Called Customer Service and they gave me a refund but I really wanted those chips:) Update: This is my 2nd time ordering 5/18. And they are very fresh & taste delicious. No bags were crushed so chips were not in pieces. Wish price was lower or you get more bags then I would buy more. BTW Last bags were very spicy/ hot to me. They were the perfect this go around. I was worried they wouldn't be fresh but I was happily surprised that they were so fresh. Arrived packaged well so no broken chips. My only gripe is the PRICE! The price was reduced by I think 5.00.
