So this ball is accurate sizing, and I can let some air out if I want to feel stable while sitting. I'm going to wait till I get to my office to let air out though. Before (when I thought I pumped all I could) my knees were at less than 90, and now the ball is like... too tall. So I'm so happy I don't have to return it. This is ideal for core, chest, and glute workouts, but NOT ideal for an office chair. It is extra thick. Instructions are simple to follow. There is a color sheet of exercises possible with this ball and a work out guide. There are spare plugs in case you lose one. Why I bought this is for use in sitting on and bouncing, sort of gradient approach to a rebounder. It works great. I did have a problem with the pump unfortunately but I contacted the company support and received a new pump that the owner personally tested and it works great. I had a balloon pump in my home which I had to use instead to start. But with the replacement pump on the way I am all set. And I couldn't be happier for the product I received! I am learning every day the exercises/stretches that I can do with this ball. I have been able to do stretches for arms, upper and lower back, as well as legs. The leg exercises surprised me the most. With this exercise ball I have been able to create a routine at home that is just as beneficial as what I received at physical therapy. I highly recommend this product. Mine is the turquoise color and it is so vibrant and beautiful. The only caution that I have is that it is very large and takes up a lot of space. But it is worth it!!!
