I went for a walk and I also just sat around in them and boom sweat happened which is it’s job. I honestly got them because they were cute and feature a pocket. I wore them around the house and I did sweat with just light activity, also did some yoga and they were flexible and comfortable. Very pleased with the purchase, will probably buy a couple more pairs as they are lighter than my other neoprene pants.
