I was experiencing low intensity knee pain mostly due to lock down related inactivity and the weight gain due to the same. Taking two tablets daily for last couple of months have reduced the pain. But again I have also started exercising and have reduced some weight, so not sure if it's the tablets or the exercise. Maybe both, at least there was no side effects for me.

To relieve knee joints. Very pleased with them.
