Or any delivery. 2 of the ends were slightly bent obviously been knocked about a bit either in warehouse or in delivery. This was not obvious on delivery until I took them out and tried to fit the end caps. Very nearly contacted desertcart to complain. I managed with a hammer to hit the end bits in. This could cause issues later if I need them out but at the time didn’t have time to send back as needed to use them. Review: Yes it's expensive, but its top notch kit - Yes, yes, yes. Thule products are expensive, over priced even. However, if your planning on putting potentially thousands of pounds of bikes or a roof box on your car roof, don't you want to be certain it'll still be there when you arrive?
