They're super soft. I own them in Wine, Black, and Caribbean Blue. I would say they run slightly big if you go according to their size chart, but I already knew which size I wore bc I bought them from the store the first time so I knew I needed an XXS not an XS (which is what I am by their measurements) for reference I'm 5'4" 110lbs 30D 34-25-36. I attached pictures so you can see how the XXS fits on me. Fast forward two and a half years, a career change, from nursing home cook to sous chef, and part time to full time, they finally started to wear out. They are of very high quality as I've purchased other brands over the years and they all wore out in a matter of months or did not fit right. The pockets on the sides are PERFECT for all my pens, permanent markers, thermometers, cell phone and keys. Part of both jobs is a lot of walking and they have held up as my thighs do rub when I walk. Even though they are a straight leg I feel more feminine as they are fitted so. I ordered these online as I do not have time to drive the hour to the uniform outlet. They came in a timely manner and were exactly what I ordered. Not thinking I wore them to work without washing them, SUPER BIG MISTAKE, as the dye was all over me and my chef coat, I have to wear black!! Yes, it was a hilarious OOPS moment for me, told everyone at work and we all had a good laugh about it. As most who have to wear scrub pants know, you do have to roll the waist down then pull the strings and tie them. They say mid rise and they definitely do come mid way up your mid section. I am not sure there is a scrub pant that sits perfectly on the hips.
