I have an anxiety disorder and tend to panic in certain situations and I've found that having something to fidget with helps me a lot better than taking anti-anxiety medications because I can't keep my wits about me if I'm partially sedated.I love these stones, they're very nice and smooth and the weight of them is perfect. Not too light and not to heavy. My only gripe is relatively minor. Some of the words have started to rub off but I think it's too be expected because I do handle these stones a lot. Probably more than they were intended to so I won't mark it down a star on account of that. Again, I am a very nervous person and these probably weren't meant to be held or rubbed for long periods of time.
