This is ideal for core, chest, and glute workouts, but NOT ideal for an office chair. I am returning for the 75cm ball in hopes that it will be much taller because in order to sit on the ball, the angle of your knees should be above 90 degrees! I am 5'4 for reference and weigh 150. So if you're bigger than me and wanting to use this ball for an office chair, then look elsewhere because the balls are so incredibly small. Now I reviewed this ball a 5 star because of the quality, educational workout information and ease of inflation, but the sizing is just not accurate for everyday office use!! It is extra thick. Instructions are simple to follow. There is a color sheet of exercises possible with this ball and a work out guide. There are spare plugs in case you lose one. Why I bought this is for use in sitting on and bouncing, sort of gradient approach to a rebounder. It works great. I did have a problem with the pump unfortunately but I contacted the company support and received a new pump that the owner personally tested and it works great. I had a balloon pump in my home which I had to use instead to start. But with the replacement pump on the way I am all set.
