The pointy sharp metal tweezers, made by Delcast, have a cap that holds the two points together when stored in the bag. One solid black nylon tool is labeled, “The tool of separation for the capacitive screen with glass”. Other tools are not identified like the black one; one does have the company’s name on it with an identifier, Delcast PryTech Pro Opening Tool. You do get 2 of the same nylon tool, “#207”, and it appears you could use those to hold a back plate up as you move around the lid opening it. I certainly could have used those on a couple jobs a few years ago. I found all the tools smooth and clean, no burs or rough spots, whether they be nylon or metal. The whole package, tools and bag, weigh about 2.5 ounces. It could easily be thrown into a back pack, briefcase or purse if you so desire. I’d give this 8-piece set of pry tools 5 Stars for their workmanship and price point. But Per the comment made on this review I did receive a personal letter and a package with replacement tools in it. I did not even contact the company directly. They read my review, figured out who I was (not too hard because my first name is on the review, but took some pro-active effort on their part)and took action to correct the issue. Clearly these people are serious about customer satisfaction. I'm sure other customers in the future won't be having this problem. Better than 5 star customer service! Life throws curves at you. Thanks! . . . . *ORIGINAL REVIEW* Missing tools that were offered in the description/photo: the tweezers and one of the plastic pry tools with the point on one end and notched on the other. The metal "Prytech Pro" flat opening tool had lots of very bad burrs on it, easy to clean up with a file or whetstone, but not useable in the condition I got it. Shipping was fast and the other 5 tools I did get were pretty good quality for what they are. The PryTech Pro took me about a minute to clean off the burrs to make it useable, so by then I had 6 of the 8 tools I had paid for and I could get on with my work.... so I didn't bother to try to return them. Still, its a big rip off when you pay for tools they put into the description and don't send in your package! If I had needed or been counting on the tweezers or the second notched tool I'd have been really PO'ed * Update: *Problem solved by seller!
