The material is nice it’s not too thick and not too thin. I am 5”5 the length sits med thigh it’s long enough to wear as a dress, and short enough to wear with leggings. I wear a 38 DD the chest area is not tight. My arms are on the larger side, so the sleeves always matter the most. The sleeves are slightly snugged but not tight or uncomfortable. It does have a little stretch to it. I am very happy with my purchase.
