Now to the knife - this is singularly THE most beautifully crafted knife I have ever owned and can't stop looking at. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and the knife is incredibly sharp, I gave it the soft tomato test and it sliced instantly and thinly through it, like a hot knife through butter, I don't suppose it gets much better than that. It's almost too beautiful to use! Exceptional price too at £75. I would not hesitate to recommend this knife to anyone. I wish I had found this range sooner as I would have loved the utility knife (which is no longer in stock) but will be buying soon the mini santoku knife/parer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sharp *by J***O on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 December 2019* Small, for detail work.
