Great for hot flushes
Been using this product now now for about 12months and I find it helps me with hot flushes. I use twice a day once in the morning and one at night time. Still get the flushes but not as bad or as frequently as I did.

Not 'one size fits all'.
Took away the hot flushes buy I gained over a 1lb a week over the 6 weeks that I took them. Also caused headaches which have subsided now that Ive stopped taken them. It seems they work for some women but not all. 'One size doesnt fit all'. So please just be aware and monitor the changes if you choose to take promensil.

Had to change to this from starter. No hot flushes so great

There is no flavour to the tablets! I have used this for nearly a year now and won't stop using them. They are great.
