Connecting to the cameras wifi was simple. Installing the camera was somewhat simple. Completing the setup to connect it to the wifi at my job Was an issue. The app froze and when I went to restart it to complete the setup, I could no longer view the camera's wifi and it would not connect to the app. I tried to reset the camera: it says it charges if left plugged in for approx 4 hours. It did not stay charged. You cannot reset the camera unless its plugged in. The reset hole is on the back of the camera where you cannot access it while plugged in. I returned the camera and they charged me $7+ dollars to return. Initially I paid about $4.50 for them to ship it to me. Seems like they are covering the cost to make the camera with the shipping and the item cost is their profit.
