I love the design, and the ratings were good. They came in and 4 were okay, but one of them, the neck was very crooked. Packaging was perfectly fine. So it was made crooked and sent to me crooked. I reported and returned it right away and they were quick to send me a replacement. Low and behold, this one is crooked too! I'm so frustrated, and said heck with it, went to lowes and got a different faucet. I'm not reordering anymore of these. Now I just hope the faucets I do have hold up.
