I'm 5'9" / 145 lbs / 34/28/38 and the medium fits really well. It hits me right at the crease of my knee and is comfortable, stretchy cotton. It's always been difficult for me to find knee-length dresses that are actually long enough for my height and this one is. I love it. It's thick enough to wear as a dress, but will also look great as a slip under my wrap and work dresses. It is a little too skin tight for my taste. When pulled all the way down it comes to about half way down the knee cap, when I sit it comes to just above the knee, it doesn't ride up other than that. It fits like a tight t shirt that goes all the way down.
