Might update it later but like I mentioned, even the first half of the book got a lot of useful information regarding supplements and herbs that can help you detoxify your body. I also like how the authors combined physical detoxification with spiritual practices, angels and prayers.I still would recommend deciding what's healthy for YOUR diet and lifestyle as we all have different metabolisms, medical conditions, allergies and nutritional needs. You might have a different diet that works better for you than the one's the authors follow. I came to realize that there are no one-size-fits-all life styles so take what works for you and leave the rest.
