I got their straps for tricep extensions and LOVED them. Recently, I decided to buy the glute kickback pros, and the hip thrust x. I can’t believe I hadn’t gotten these a year ago! I’ve missed out on maximizing my leg day routine. With the hip thrust x I was able to increase my weight load by 20# the first time I used it. And it works for squats too!! The glute kickbacks are fantastic for all my ham exercises. I love how I’m able to get deep down into the muscle and isolate so well. I’m planning on getting the abductor straps next and the squat wedge!! Can’t wait! From here on out, IPR Fitness accessories will have a permanent spot in my gym bag for leg day!!
