This was the shelf that a box with accessories was sitting on, probably a bad idea from the start. Return process was smooth and the replacement grill arrived a week later. The replacement grill appeared damaged right off the truck and was bent in the same place but even more than the first. I relented to buy locally even though this grill is beautiful and was my first choice I now own a Weber. Review: the bad part is that the hood is built with a ... - Does not keep the temperature, the hood is well built it is not painted so you will no be eating the paint on your food, the bad part is that the hood is built with a pretty large gap so that the heat generated by the 5 burners goes out the window.... The lower cabinet and side top shelves are stainless but not 304 stainless, ( lower quality ) The side top shelves fold down which would be cool if It was designed proper, their not. Very spongy, almost afraid to set a big pot of corn in water on it. For that much money, I guess I expected better.
