I take them with food -- 1 with breakfast and 1 with dinner. I don't know if spacing them out helps, but it has been working so far and my hair is darker and stronger than it has been in a long time! They also don’t supper nasty taste either. I’d say they are worth the money I struggle to find vitamins that work well without upsetting my stomach and tasting horrible. So I’d recommend these.
