IT HOLDS IN WATER LIKE A BALLOON! There was so much water in it that when I took my little one out of the pool, I had to pull the material away from her leg to let the water out. I thought I had "drained" it all but I was wrong. I took baby into the bathroom to change and when I took the diaper off a bunch more water came pouring out. So much water that I had to get a dry towel to clean it up. I appreciate that it will keep poop out of the pool (which is the main purpose of a swim diaper) but it should not hold in water like that! I would not buy this again. Also I highly recommend finding a swim diaper with snaps (i play.
