My Dr. told me it would help reduce pain and it would help heal my insides and I think it has. I stopped taking Curcumin supplement in past and I didn't feel as well. Recently I came across this supplement from Herbacia and I really liked the packaging and product quality. Also it seems to help with a number of my health issues. It does not dissolve in water, but I discovered that it will dissolve readily in vodka. I made a tincture out of it and put it in a tincture bottle with an eyedropper.
