Stitching took about an hour but I was watching a couple of online tutorials as I went along to ensure I got a good finish around the spars of the wheel, needle and thread included were easy to work with For what is a very cost effective product and investment of time it was well worth it. If you were to rush it I imagine you could make a bad job of it, so do it on a quiet day and give yourself the time you need and it will be fine. I found that rotating the steering wheel at certain points made it easier to see where I was threading the needle. It has now been on my steering wheel for over a year and it’s still looking brand new! However, I left it in the sun for a few hours to warm it up and tried again. Not easy to get on the wheel, I used cable ties to hold it in place whilst stretching it over the rest of the wheel.
