Looked very professional and suitable looking for a present. This was for me and although being of reasonable intelligence and sane mind I could not work out how to shorten the strap. In a moment of clarity I made a decisive snip of the scissors only to find out that I had then ruined the bracelet. There were no instructions and if doing again I now understand how easy it can be. The reviews for this product are good but due to no instructions and my ignorance it is in the bin. A very expensive mistake as can't justify another £16.99. Feel disappointed as had great hopes. I was wrong aches and pains I've had for ages in shoulders have gone.
