Internal Harmony Estriol Cream with Vitamin E, B6, B12, and 2000IU Vitamin D

This may seem strange, but I use this estriol cream on my face, twice a day, everyday. I have menopausal, oily, acne-prone but also lined and aging skin. It's been a real struggle with menopause symptoms and also the oily skin issues. I've found my holy grail with this cream. 😍 Twice a day (morning and night) I wash my face with "Alba Botanica AcneDote Face & Body Scrub", then tone with "Mario Badescu Special Cleansing Lotion - C", then apply this "Internal Harmony Estriol cream". This combination has made such an immense difference in my skin! My skin is firmer, less lined, it's clear and smooth and acne-free. The face scrub and toner are for oily, acne prone skin, and they are beautiful products in their own right. But this Estriol Cream is the key to it all. I've read studies that state that topical Estriol reduces fine lines and wrinkles, helps firm skin, and supports collagen in the skin. So after researching brands, I settled on Internal Harmony Estriol Cream which seemed to have the cleanest, most skin-healthy ingredients. I am so happy I did! My skin definitely looks years younger - even friends and family have asked me what I'm doing differently! ☺️ And I can see the difference myself in my own skin. Especially around my eyes, crows feet, and cheeks. I'm SO happy to have found this combo! If you don't have oily skin like me, then just substitute your favorite cleanser and toner, and then add this as your moisturizer 2x a day. Give it at least a month. I think you might really be amazed at the difference this makes in your skin. At least, I was! PLUS ..... this cream is way less expensive than the dept store brands I was buying before, which never even gave these kinds of results! Anyway, I'm thrilled with this product and will continue to buy it as long as they make it! Hope this helps someone!

Got this to assist with some menopausal symptoms. As far as I can tell, it did absolutly nothing. Switched to a different product.
