I typically jog and hike and this holds my “ladies” in place really well. I am technically a 34dd but some bras still cut off so much back fat but if I go bigger, they ride up or my breasts fall under the band. Many sports bras also end up giving me a back ache if they are supportive enough, because it's just si constricting. This bra is none of those. I have already worn it a full day and I was not achy, nor did i have to constantly readjust. I did get a larger and the cups are fine and although it seems a little loose in the band, it doesnt stretch as much as most, so they stayed put.
