It was so simple to set up and use. There is no need for a Bike Shop to get this bike ready, as it took me all of 20 minutes. Only thing required was a box cutter to open the box and to cut off the protective zip-tied wrappings! After fully-charging the battery (3 hrs.) I was good to go. No further adjustments were required. Bike does brake well and quietly. It goes up to 20 mph in the highest petal-assist level (PAS 5). To date I have gone on three 20 mile rides and seven 5 mile rides. So far, after riding total approx. 100 miles on it, so far,there are no known issues with it.
