There was a slight breeze; however, nothing that should’ve impacted the functionality. Shortly after starting the heater, I noted flames shooting out the top, which subsequently caused the chestnut finish to catch on fire. One could point to the wind as being the cause; however, I have a propane fire pit with similar finish that has been used continuously in more significant winds and have not experienced this issue. If I can’t safely use the unit in these common weather conditions, then it’s not practical. Now what to do? I ‘m not going to go through the process of returning(disassemble, Box, label, ship). I purchase a lot from Amazon; however, this is the first big box item. Now, I don’t blame Amazon for any issue, but I feel the return process as it relates to these items is easier when purchased from a big box store. Item would have been left assembled and retuned. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made *by K***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 9, 2020* I've bought the Fire Sense heater brand before but this one is a step up in price and quality. It's powder coated which I've learned is helpful for longevity. Also, the top heater part is stainless steel, again important for lasting a long time.
