I loved the tamgy flavour. Ive had it twice once with honey and once without. I preferred it without honey. Also, I'm taking it in the evening, I noticed inslept well last night, now today let's see - since today is the second day. Even if it doesn't promote good sleep etc, the flavour is good and I love the colour, it makes me happy to be trying something new.
