I was initially alarmed when I noticed the nipple on the top had been cross-threaded and forced in at an angle. :( But when I read the instructions and noticed it was a dummy nipple with no actual functionality beyond providing a place to dock the unused nozzle to keep it clean, then my concern evaporated.
