The size is a little off but not by much. I'm 5'3", 180 lbs. I ordered a XXL because a note on the product said item runs smaller than size. Body shapes are different so it's really hard to say it was the wrong size. Stomach area not as fitted but thighs and upper areas fit great. Overall I love the product. It works great. I sweat a lot during workouts. It's really comfortable. The material is breathable. It stretches in the right places for movement. I can see why you would feel comfortable wearing all day however going to be bathroom would be a challenge. Glad I purchased. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sweat it up *by D***Y on Reviewed in the United States on September 24, 2022* This fits a little snug but pretty comfortable- helps with a good sweat when working out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality is great arms are snug making any overhead weight workouts difficult. *by D***S on Reviewed in the United States on March 26, 2022* I’m on my second order for this suit. I had to order the next size down after losing enough weight to warrant it. Now mind you, you have to workout in the suit not just wear it for results. It is comfortable enough to run on the tread mill and do some ab work. But raising the arms above the head is not really an option if the suit fits as it should in the rest of the body. My arms are an area I’m wanting to slim down so this could be an issue on my end. But even with a 2” loss on my arms overhead work wasn’t an option. No worries though. It is snug enough to slip the arms off, zip back up and do overhead work or arm work at the end of my workout. I will say going from the 10-12 to the 6-8 I noticed that the waist is longer in the 6-8. Given that I’m longer waisted this isn’t an issue. Overall I love this product enough to keep buying the next size down! Hopefully in a few more weeks I can review the smallest size. ❤️ For those wondering I am 5’5” and drop from 177 to 159 so far. I bought the suit at 169 and it accelerated my weight loss. In 3 weeks while using the I lost 10 pounds and multiple inches in my trouble zones with daily workouts and a monitored diet.
