I started the keto diet a few weeks ago and so I decided to buy an infuser bottle to give my water some flavor without sugar. This bottle is great because it holds a large volume of water an has a good amount of space to fill in with fruit to infuse. I normally add pieces of cucumber, ginger, lemon and mint leaves. It tastes delicious and I don't have to worry about swallowing large pieces of food because of the filter. The grip placement is so that your lip come in contact with the cap lock every time you take a drink.
